諾丁漢大學

該大學的起源可以追溯至1798年創立的成人教育學校，後來於1948年成為一所完整的大學。諾丁漢大學僅次於英國排行前十名的大學，目前有三十二門學科被評為優等，並於2006年贏得泰晤士報高等教育年度英國大學獎（Times Higher Education UK University of the Year Award）。該校是唯一在中國大陸設校的英國大學，另一個校區則位於馬來西亞。座落於市中心西部的大學公園校區是主要校區，也是英國公認最美麗的校園之一，而目前另外幾座校區也都與最初的設計特色相似。
